Domicilliary Care We offer a comprehensive range of personal and practical care services for the elderly and for those with a learning or physical disability or for those who need assistance due to illness. Services are provided 24hrs a day 365 days a year. Provided in your / their own homes Our registered manager or care co-ordinator will meet service users and their carers before we begin to provide a service for them. During this meeting we will agree:-
If a service user needs a visit urgently before this meeting can take place one of our experienced senior care workers will see them. (The following is taken from CSCI's report)
"Discussion with relatives and people receiving the service indicated that they felt that the agency was able to give a more personal service because it was small, this was confirmed by staff who reported they found the size of the agency enabled them to give more quality time to the people they were supporting.
People using the service reported that they found the service provided flexible, with staff sometimes going out of their way to try and meet personal preferences. People found staff timely and reliable in covering calls. They reported that communication with the agency and staff was very good and both staff and people using the service felt well informed.
